Brian's professional career started in the U.S. Navy as a Utilitiesman (UT2) in the Seabees. Since then, Brian has been working in the construction industry for over 25 years primarily as a Plumbing and HVAC contractor and served many years as project manager holding a professional certificate in project management issued through UCSD Extension.

Brian has expanded his professional services to assist buyers and sellers as a dually licensed real estate sales associate and a mortgage loan originator.

Over the years Brian has established a network of contractors and service providers and can recommend the best to assist any buyer or seller with construction, remodeling, or repair needs. Each real estate transaction has its own set of unique challenges when it comes to contract negotiation, transaction management, and escrow scheduling where deployed project management skills from a trained project manager can save buyers and sellers from experiencing unnecessary stress or anxiety and may potentially save them lots of money.

Brian is also a real estate investor himself holding multiple income properties and knows where the value can be found in potential income properties. Well versed in residential housing construction design, methods, and codes, Brian has experience building his own ADU as owner builder. While Brian is not a direct replacement for a skilled home inspector, he does have the ability to identify suspect features in for sale homes which can potentially save buyers and sellers tens of thousands of dollars in repairs or hidden remodeling expenses
